Camp Mendocino
Camp Mendocino is located on a 2,000-acre property in the beautiful redwoods of Mendocino County, approximately 3.5 hours north of San Francisco. It features all the things you think of when you think "summer camp." Explore the trails, get to know your fellow campers, participate in community activities, and most importantly dance! Get ready to Unplug in this isolated haven!
All classes outdoors
It’s the best way to take in all the beauty of the nature around us. No mirrors, just you getting in touch with your own body. Feel connected to one another in this shared experience together. Celebrate one another and enjoy dancing like you never have before!
Several non-dance activities are sprinkled throughout the entire weekend. We would tell you what they are, but that would ruin the surprise.
These activities are meant to bring you closer to your fellow campers. You’re not obligated to participate in anything, however, we recommend that our campers take full advantage of the programs we’ve set up in order to get the full “Unplugged” experience.
Did you know…
Rentals like our Unplugged event help the Boys & Girls club run their Summer Programs. They specifically targets kids from disadvantaged circumstances in the SF Bay Area. So you can feel good knowing that this dance vacation for you is also directly helping our local youth.
